Using Planstead
Planstead is intended for eligible individuals who can responsibly manage a household planning account. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and appropriateness of information you choose to enter for your household.
Educational and organizational service
Planstead helps organize information and planning context. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, or medical advice, and use of the product does not create a professional relationship with an attorney, financial planner, tax professional, insurer, or clinician.
Acceptable use and safe information
Do not use Planstead to store passwords, PINs, recovery codes, private keys, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, confidential medical records, or unlawful content. Do not misuse the service, interfere with access controls, or attempt to access another household’s information.
Your household content
You retain responsibility for household information you provide. Planstead needs a limited right to process that information only to operate the features you use, including organization, derived readiness, export, and lifecycle controls.
Availability and future subscriptions
Early-stage services may change, be unavailable, or be refined. Paid plans and subscriptions are not active today; any future subscription terms, billing, and entitlement rules require separate final terms before launch.
Intellectual property and termination
Planstead’s software, visual identity, and educational materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security reasons, or product changes, subject to final terms and applicable law.
Counsel review required
Limitation-of-liability, governing-law, dispute-resolution, indemnity, and jurisdiction-specific language are intentionally not finalized here. They require review by qualified counsel before public launch; Planstead does not currently designate a governing jurisdiction or binding-arbitration terms.
