Our Approach
Our design and review work focuses on keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic headings, meaningful labels, readable text, responsive layouts and understandable errors. Public navigation and interactive controls are reviewed across desktop and narrow mobile sizes.
Report a Barrier
Contact support@myplanstead.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page, task you were trying to complete, browser or device and assistive technology where useful. Describe what prevented progress and what assistance would help.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Avoid sending sensitive household information. We will review reported barriers and work toward reasonable improvements or an accessible alternative where available.
